“I am very enthusiastic about providing this medical service for which I have personally found to be in demand during my more than 15 years of vast experience as being a physician.
Throughout my medical career, I always strived to be the best holistic physician I can be by providing care for my patient in the most comprehensive way.
As a Palliative Care Physician, my task is to essentially be a liaison between the patient/ family and the treating team. My goal is to educate and discuss options with the respective parties. The power is always in patient’s hand.
Many times when I am requested to provide a Palliative Consultation – I receive feedback from patients and families who often state that prior to my encounter with them, they were not thoroughly informed of the patient’s condition and thus were not able to make an informed decision. My opinions are usually independent of the treating team.”
